Why Has My At&t Service Gotten Worse. At my home zipcode 84093 Sandy Utah what used to be 5-bars is now 1-2 bars with calls dropping voice. I have a bunch of wireless stuff running in my house 78704 but would think cellular networks wouldnt be affected.
Sometimes your wireless device or its settings can cause connectivity issues. When I signed up I was getting about 15-18 down. I thought it was my phone so I got a new Samsung S9 same problems so 900 bucks for no reason.
Over the past few months however the service has gotten even worse.
My kids also struggled to keep up with school work from home due to poor service on their phones. We also went from 10x10 to 20x20 on Band 4. Make sure you have your device handy and try this. Internet or Phone calls.
