Symptoms Of Turbo Overboost. These are absolutely classic symptoms of overboost valve problem. Usually if the turbo sticks it just flat doesnt work at all until usually higher speeds like say 50ish then the power comes back.
Turbo Charging a motor is a great way to gain a lot of performance but it doesnt come without its fair share of headaches. I would say you have an electrical issue probably an issue. Read a few post on this forum theres a few on here withall info you will need.
