If only the rear windows arent working there is a lock out switch on most vehicles. If you try to operate the window and it doesnt work watch the dome lamp. Once put back together I was able to roll the windows back up with no problem.

Check the fuse box. Drivers may notice the inability to raise and lower the power windows. Once put back together I was able to roll the windows back up with no problem. I can now roll all of the windows up and down like new from the drivers side.
