My Whatsapp Notification Sound Is Not Working. Open the individual or group chat and tap on the three dots at the top right. You certainly wont get the notification sound from WhatsApp if the sound is set to off.
Enable WhatsApp Notification. Donut Mar 11. Select the notification sound you want for WhatsApp and come back out.
Have you also checked Settings WhatsApp to see if there may be any relevant settings there.
